1. Where do you send things?
At this time, we only ship to addresses in the UK.
2. How long does it take to ship?
Processing orders takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery takes 2 to 5 business days after they are sent.
3. Do you ship for free?
Yes! In the UK, we offer free standard shipping on all orders, no matter how much you spend.
4. How do I keep track of my order?
You will get an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery once your order has been shipped.
5. What is your policy for returns?
You can return items within 90 days of getting them. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a condition that makes them easy to sell.

6. What do I do to return an item?
Email us at contact@toystreet.shop with your order number and the reason you want to return it. We'll tell you how to send it back.
7. How long does it take to get your money back?
Your refund will be processed within 7 business days after we get and check your return. It will be sent back to you using the same payment method you used to make the purchase (PayPal).
8. What kinds of payments do you take?
Right now, we only accept safe payments through PayPal.
9. The item I got was broken or wrong. What do I need to do?
We're sorry for the trouble! Please send us an email at contact@toystreet.shop with pictures and your order number. We'll fix it as soon as we can.
10. Is it possible to change or cancel my order?
