We believe in the quality of our products at TOY STREET LTD. This Warranty Policy tells you what is covered by a warranty and how to get it.
1. What the warranty covers
All toys bought from TOY STREET LTD come with a warranty from the maker that covers defects in materials and workmanship when the toys are used normally.
The warranty period is different for each product, but it usually lasts 12 months from the day you buy it.
This warranty doesn't cover damage that happens because of misuse, accidents, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
2. How to File a Warranty Claim

We will look into your claim and may ask you to send the item back for inspection.
Once you give us the go-ahead, we can either fix, replace, or refund the broken item.
3. Shipping Back
If the defect is found to be the manufacturer's fault, TOY STREET LTD will pay for the return shipping costs for warranty claims. Customers will have to pay for return shipping for claims that aren't covered by the warranty.
4. Things that are not included
This warranty doesn't cover:
Damage from using something wrong, accidents, or repairs that weren't authorized
Normal wear and tear or damage that isn't serious
The product was lost or stolen.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are only responsible for fixing, replacing, or refunding the broken product under this warranty. We are not responsible for any damages that happen as a result of our actions.
