Policy for Wholesalers
Thank you for wanting to work with TOY STREET LTD as a wholesale customer. We welcome stores, businesses, and groups that want to buy our products in bulk at a lower price.
1. Who Can Apply
You can get wholesale accounts for:
Registered stores
People who sell things
Schools and colleges
Other businesses buying things for business purposes
You need to show proof of your business, like a VAT number or a company registration number, to apply.
2. How to Apply
To become a wholesale customer, please email us at contact@toystreet.shop with the following information:
Name and address of the business
Name and contact information
VAT number or business registration number
How many orders you think you'll get and how often
We will look over your application and get back to you in 3–5 business days.
3. Prices and Deals
Depending on the number of items ordered and the type of product, wholesale prices are available. When your wholesale account is approved, you will be told about discounts and terms.
4. Minimum Order Requirements
There are minimum order amounts that will be spelled out in your wholesale agreement.
If you don't order enough, you might not be able to get wholesale prices.
5. Terms of Payment
PayPal or another method agreed upon in writing must be used to make payments ahead of time.
After credit checks, approved wholesale accounts may be able to get net payment terms.
6. Sending
Standard shipping is free for wholesale orders sent within the UK.
You can ask for faster shipping, but it may cost more.
7. Warranty and Returns
The same return and warranty rules apply to wholesale customers as they do to retail customers.
We will take care of defective items right away to make sure you are happy.
8. Keeping things private
You can't share any of your company's wholesale prices or terms with anyone else.
